It is my great pleasure to welcome you to Tiba Language Academy ,part of the TLA family.
The Academy initially opened in August 2014 catering for just over 1800 pupils from Pre-Nursery to Year 12, offering A-Levels, for the first time. The Academy offers the National Certificate of grade 12, as well as the internationally recognized pre-university qualifications of 'A' levels. The Academy also successfully submitted and adopted professional programmers in order to become a candidate school with the intention of offering distinctive Programmed to our pupils from August 2019/2020 Our full application has involved a consultation process and the creation and review of a wide range of policies and documents as well as imbedding core values and ethics in the Academy curriculum.
Tiba Academy is a newly launched school; however we are fortunate to be able to welcome over 25 years of experience in education from our mother school. The school is based on a set of high academic standards to which we must exhibit adherence, as well as regular visits to the school to provide educational insight and expertise. We are proud to be a member of the TLA family of schools and enjoy close ties.
TLA is academically selective, and follows an enhanced form of the English National Curriculum, which has an excellent reputation worldwide. Our emphasis is on learning and how pupils learn, rather than just content. We place a great deal of importance on our pupils’ ability to work collectively, as well as independently, in developing their own thinking. TLA places equal importance on intellectual and on personal and social development. We concentrate on four core areas throughout the College: academic excellence; development of the performing arts, commitment to sport; and engagement within our community.

Welcome Message from the Principal

Welcome to the TLA Academy. We offer academic excellence whilst also developing strong personal and social skills through mutual cooperation between the board of Directors, principal, staff members , parents and students.
We know what matters and what makes a difference to learning and staff at all levels promote a culture of inclusion, ambition, challenge, support and achievement for all that is totally student centered. Children are our priority and our expectations and support allow every child to excel. We create amazing opportunities for students and collaborate effectively with parents, who are our most valued partners. This helps us continually build on what we are doing and often takes us into new territory. Every child and member of staff is a current achiever and we aim to break more records each year.
Everything is possible at TLA. In Year 6 we deliver a well-designed program me focusing on student’s Creativity, Innovation and Enterprise. Our secondary students attended the Model in diversity and achievements The TLA Core values of Leading through Innovation, Pursuing Excellence, Growing by Learning and Global Citizenship are embedded in our delivery of the National Curriculum for EGYPT, with an A class school categorization. We are respectful and inclusive, celebrating diversity and are committed to the well-being of people and of the environment. We are open-minded, creative, resilient, reflective, and passionate and determined in embracing and driving positive change being ethical in our actions and accountable for them. TLA School exceeds international expectations and accelerated progress is the norm in a learning environment that is safe, happy and vibrant.
